So, for the spa version, you can buy small vases and fill them with flowers, put various containers and wicker baskets under soap, combs, white towels, etc. You will also need candles, jars of colorful salt, a few ornamental plants and a white curtain. If there is space, then the bathroom can accommodate a dressing table with a mirror and a comfortable chair where you can safely apply makeup or sit with a mask applied. If you decide to stay in a country-style bathroom, get ready to order a large wooden bathroom-"trough" or at least install bath screenimitating wood pattern. When decorating an interior in a rustic style, a cheerful colorful curtain and a multi-colored rug are simply necessary. The mirror frieze is also located in a shallow horizontal niche in the wall of the shower compartment; the ledge of the niche serves as a shelf for accessories. The sink is installed on hinged pedestal and is similar in shape to a natural object. The podium is accentuated with light wood veneer. The spacious bathroom with light retro tones is designed in such a way that functional comfort is organically complemented by tactile pleasures.

The interior of the elongated room consists of two zones. The first is an elegant and spacious shower niche, which is designed directly opposite the entrance to the room. Its dimensions and location are determined by the protrusion of ventilation ducts and plumbing. To the left of the entrance, near the end wall, there is a bathtub, on the sides of which there is a toilet bowl and a washbasin built into an elegant cabinet in a classic style. The walls of the room, the outer side of the bathtub are lined with smooth light-colored tiles with a light pattern, the wall behind the font and the end of the shower room are dark, with a wave-like relief. New Year's towels

There are always towels in the bathroom, but they are often plain and unadorned. As well as in the case of a rug on the floor in the bathroom, it is also difficult to arrange, since it is difficult to maintain their functionality.

Therefore, they often buy towels that already have a New Year's drawing - snowflakes, coniferous branches or Christmas trees, snowmen and Santa Claus with deer. It is better to decorate old towels only with embroidery or sewn appliqué made of fabric.

However, even if you do not change towels and leave those that are without decoration, you can decorate the hooks on which they hang or the holder. To do this, use New Year's tinsel - serpentine and rain.

Snowflakes cut from moisture-resistant materials (plastic, dense fabric) are also suitable.It is also permissible to hang small bright balls or bells on them.

Bath mats

Of course, underfloor heating in rooms is an ideal solution in today's world. However, many still refuse them. Therefore, we offer, as an alternative, to make a soft, warm pompom rug with your own hands.

Necessary materials:

yarn in suitable colors;
rubber canvas;
scissors;
paper or napkin rolls.

To begin with, we fold two rolls of paper if you do not have bushings. We connect them and wind the yarn until a large skein is obtained. Remember that its size determines how fluffy the pompom will be.

We cut off a fairly long thread and thread it between the bushings. Tie tightly and remove the sleeves from the pompom.

We make an additional knot, but do not cut the ends of the thread.

Carefully cut all the loops to form a pom pom.

We make the rest of the pompoms from yarn of different shades. We put a rubber canvas or rug on the work surface, after which we attach pompoms to it. To do this, simply slip the threads into the cells and fix it on the reverse side. If the ends are too long, cut them off.

You will need the following:

open rubber mat;
stones;
silicone waterproof sealant;
old shower curtain.

If your rug also has a textured surface, then simply flip it over as it needs to be smooth.

We put an old curtain on the work surface to protect it from the effects of the sealant. We place the largest stones on top of the holes on the rug.

We evenly distribute the remaining stones so that as a result the rug looks holistic.

Once everything is ready, alternately glue each stone to the rug.

We recommend pressing them a little to fix them more securely.

Leave the rug for at least a day until completely dry.

Provence

It is considered traditionally French style, so it will bring a touch of romance to the interior. For walls, preference is given to natural colors: white, blue, yellow and green. In plumbing, the use of items from different collections is not allowed. Furniture is preferably wooden (aged wood looks especially original), or from materials that imitate it.

The clients, a young couple with a child, needed a spacious bathroom. The author of the project combined two bathrooms and added a small part of the adjacent corridor to the resulting space. The protrusions 0.6 m deep, which appeared due to the boxes of technical shafts, turned out to be hidden by means of furniture (cabinet under the washbasin, cabinet).Even at the design stage, the tile was selected in such a way that its format coincided with the depth and width of the ledge and, therefore, the finish was perceived as one-piece.

In the bathroom there is a water heated towel rail, it is he who plays the role of an additional source of heat. During the seasonal hot water shutdown there is enough ventilation for drying bath accessories.

Small bathroom decor
