How to properly disassemble the case?

For the convenience of carrying out work, first you need to remove the plug from the outlet and disconnect the suction hose from the vacuum cleaner, otherwise it will interfere with disassembly. Then you need to remove the plastic dust collector or garbage bag, and also dismantle all filters. Using a suitable screwdriver, remove all fixing screws. As a rule, they are located on the outside: two in front of the vacuum cleaner and four on the other side (under the handle and at the end). The location and number of screws depends solely on the model and type of appliance.

In Samsung vacuum cleaners, the fixing screws with which the body is assembled are not masked. They are not difficult to find, you just need to carefully examine the entire apparatus. But it should also be taken into account that, in addition to screws, individual parts of the device case can be fastened together using special plastic latches. Therefore, if the case does not disassemble after unscrewing the screws, do not be zealous and use force, otherwise it is easy to break it.

It should be disassembled very carefully: pry off the upper part (preferably in the front part) with a construction or clerical knife, and remove it from the vacuum cleaner structure with a smooth, upward movement. If the cover is also fixed with plastic locks, then in these places it will not give in - you will need to pry off all the latches one by one. It is convenient to do this with a flat metal object: a ruler, a knife. The use of a slotted screwdriver is not recommended as this may damage the case.

This is the most difficult part of the washing machine, it is recommended to repair and diagnose it only in service centers certified by Samsung.

Of course, if you have experience with radio engineering, you can try to find the cause yourself. To begin with, you will have to partially disassemble the car. The order of operation depends on the specific model, for example, in Samsung Diamond series devices, it is necessary remove top panel, having unscrewed the bolts fixing it at the back, remove the detergent tray. Then it remains only to loosen the clamps, remove the wire blocks.

The first thing to do is to inspect the board, preferably with a magnifying glass. The following needs to be identified:

• places of textolite blackening;

• oxidized contacts.

If you suspect a wire break, you need to test the voltage in the remaining nodes with a multimeter. After dialing and finding the place of the break, the malfunction can be quickly eliminated with a conventional soldering iron. Before ringing, make sure that the vacuum cleaner motor is not de-energized: this often happens when the temperature sensor is triggered. If it turned out that the engine is de-energized, do not rush with dialing and other actions. It's most likely just overheating. After the vacuum cleaner has cooled down, it will automatically restore its performance.

It is easy to distinguish a problem with bearings from another malfunction by the characteristic squeal or rattle emitted by the unit after it is turned on. You can lubricate the bearings with engine oil, but it is better to replace them immediately, because the lubricant will not last for a long time, and after a while the home assistant will start to “creak” again.

Another malfunction that you can find during the disassembly of the case is the weakening of the power wire. Most often the problem is in the spring.It can be either weakened or strongly tightened. Adjust the tension of the drum by rewinding or, conversely, rewinding the wire.
