Today luxury plumbing are in greater demand than before. After all, users prefer quality and beauty.
The installation height of the wall-mounted sink and wall-mounted faucet can be different. Consider which options are most often used.
The sizes of common household items have become standardized over the years. This applies not only to furniture, such as the seat height of chairs or countertops, but also to built-in items such as countertops and sanitary ware. In addition to these standards, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA, also contains specifications designed to make homes and buildings accessible to people with disabilities.
Bathroom cabinets
Modern bathroom cabinets are 80 to 90 cm high including the top. A wall-mounted bathroom sink is usually installed at the same height as the vanity sink in the room. According to ADA specifications, the highest point of the front edge of a wall-mounted bathroom sink—or toilet—should be no more than 85cm from the floor.
Faucets
Most wall-mounted sinks are designed with a faucet mounted centrally on the back of the sink.If the faucet is installed on an ADA-accessible sink, the handles must be no more than 110cm from the floor if the sink is 50cm or less deep, or 120cm above the floor if the sink is between 50cm and 62.5cm deep.
