In case of a malfunction or failure of the heater, you must contact a special center, and do not try to repair the boiler yourself, otherwise you can lose the warranty.

Which boiler model is better to choose in the end

I already wrote that one of the best models is the Gaz 7000 W ZWC 24-3 MFK. Unfortunately, the price for it is quite high.Therefore, for heating an ordinary house, I still recommend Gaz 6000 W WBN 6000-24 C, this is one of the most common models. I can say from my own experience that I have often met such boilers that have worked for more than 5 and even 8 years without any complaints at all. And most of the negative reviews are related to improper operation.

Boilers are afraid of voltage drops, so it is better to install a stabilizer. If you do not carry out annual maintenance, this will also negatively affect the service life. And don't forget about the quality of the water. After all, it is because of it that most breakdowns occur. Install filters and change cartridges in time so that only clean water enters the boiler. Then the scale will be much less, and it will work much longer.
