The process of creating a partnership involves the incurring of costs for the registration of a legal entity, the organization of an administrative resource (including the position of an accountant, chairman), and payment for the activities of the latter.

Further actions are to obtain by the partnership the technical conditions regarding the connection, the solution of design issues, the moment of coordination and the direct construction of the gas pipeline itself. In this case, the owners of the gas pipeline branch will be the participants of such an OP.

It is they who are responsible for the maintenance of this property, the conclusion with the help of NP contracts for the maintenance of a branch. They are entrusted with the solution of issues of including new participants in the partnership and claiming membership fees. Such a decision is more complicated and means more costs, however, legally it is correct.

Peculiarities:

• Payments for gasification must be submitted in a timely manner.
• The technical conditions are valid only for a certain period and the connection to the pipe must be made during this period (for 3 years), and not when gas already appears in the pipe.
• The gas organization will without fail demand monthly payment for the maintenance of your section of the gas pipeline, which is as difficult to collect as the contributions themselves in the partnership.
