Contraindications
Compensation for the lack of silicon is possible by consuming mineral-enriched water, food, and air.
In ecologically unfavorable areas, in the extractive industries, on the contrary, an overdose of an element in the body sometimes occurs when people inhale air with particles of cement, asbestos, and aerosols.
An occupational disease with an insufficient level of protection is silicosis.
- Silicon metabolism disorders.
- Urolithiasis disease.
- Neoplasms on the body.
- Heart disease.
- predisposition to cancer.
- Individual intolerance.
Important! The decision to consume silicon water should be made after consulting a general practitioner. A surplus of an element is no less dangerous than a deficiency.
Other sleep details
The interpretation of sleep with the presence of stones differs depending on the accompanying circumstances. Such a dream can be dreamed of by a girl and a guy, a man and a woman, but the explanation will be different:

- Looking at a large stone - in reality, the sleeper will have to overcome difficulties. They may be related to work or relationships with loved ones. Perhaps a person is now having a difficult period in his life, professional activity has become a burden, relations with friends and colleagues have worsened. The subconscious tells the dreamer that it is necessary to make the right decisions to remove obstacles.
- Trying to remove large cobblestones from the road - the sleeper is distinguished by purposefulness and endurance, always achieves his goal, does not stop when difficulties arise. These character traits help the dreamer a lot in life, but sometimes they become an obstacle to communicating with new people. Outwardly, the sleeping person seems indifferent and even cruel, which makes him unattractive in the eyes of society.
- Walking along the road and stepping over small pebbles - a dark streak has come in the life of the sleeper, he needs to make serious decisions and overcome difficulties in order to correct the situation. To eliminate many problems, you have to sacrifice your principles, pacify pride. For many, such changes are painful, disrupt mental balance.
- Throwing stones at a stranger is an unfavorable dream that portends a conflict with a colleague or friend. If in a dream the objects thrown reach their goal, the truth will be on the side of the sleeper. If a person constantly dodges and not a single stone hit him, most likely the dreamer will find himself in a difficult situation, the conflict will not be resolved in his favor.
- Looking at small pebbles on the ground - the sleeper is in reality in difficulty, he needs to do important things. Most likely, he has been putting them off for a long time, so now he cannot decide what to do first.
- Finding a gem on the road is an auspicious dream for any person, usually accompanied by joy and pleasant excitement. The dream symbolizes good luck in real life.
Popular dream books
For a more accurate interpretation of sleep, you can refer to popular dream books. Many psychologists, astrologers and soothsayers have written similar books. One of the most popular is Gustav Miller's dream book.
According to the author, large stones in a dream speak of serious troubles in real life. The subconscious mind recommends that the sleeper prepare for trials, not give up and try to immediately eliminate troubles. Delay may worsen the situation.
A dream is considered unfavorable in which someone gives large stones and tries to put them in the sleeping person's hand. This suggests that in reality, acquaintances or colleagues will try to shift the burden of responsibility onto the shoulders of the dreamer. He should limit communication with people who are trying to cope with their problems at the expense of others.

To fall under a collapse of stones in a dream - in reality, diseases will soon fall on the sleeping person.It is recommended to take care of your health in advance, avoid overwork, stress. If the dream ended successfully, the person managed to get out from under the rubble, you can count on a favorable outcome of events. If in a dream the sleeper remained under the stones, you need to beware. Perhaps the subconscious warns of an accident or other misfortune.
Miller considered a dream as a favorable sign, in which the sleeping person stands in the water and looks at the stones in it. This dream speaks of a person’s inner peace, fortitude and high moral principles. Most likely, in reality, a person is happy, has a job, family and friends, so difficulties do not frighten him.
Interpretation of Vanga
The Bulgarian clairvoyant interpreted dreams with the presence of stones in different ways. Most often, in her dream book, such plots mean the mental suffering of the sleeping person. Large stones indicate that the dreamer has committed a bad deed, he is tormented by doubts, and his conscience constantly reminds him of what he did.
The sleeper did not immediately realize his guilt, it seemed to him that he was doing the right thing. Only after a while he began to be tormented by remorse, so dreams with stones are regularly repeated, not allowing him to forget.
Stumbling on a stone is an unfavorable sign for the sleeper. Most likely, in his immediate environment there is a person who is constantly trying to frame, harm
It is recommended to pay attention to acquaintances, friends and colleagues in order to exclude from them the one who brings harm
To be in a field with a lot of large and small stones - a dream is a warning. Soon the sleeper will have to answer for all the bad deeds that he has committed.If there are no serious sins in his life, you should not take the dream to heart. Perhaps it symbolizes the reward that the dreamer will soon receive for his good deeds.
Trying to lift a heavy stone - in reality, a person has to do hard work that will bring relief and become the first step towards success.
You should not postpone the implementation, but it is important to do everything with high quality, take the task responsibly
Freud's book

The famous psychologist Sigmund Freud believed that dreams are a reflection of a person's libido, so he interpreted them taking into account this feature. The author of the dream book considered a dream with the presence of large cobblestones a symbol of the difficult nature of the sleeper, his passivity and indifference. It is these qualities that become an obstacle to creating a family. The dreamer does not show interest in the opposite sex, does not try to captivate a potential partner.
For a man, such a dream acts as a warning. If the sleeper does not change his attitude, he risks being left alone.
For a woman, sleeping with stones is also considered unfavorable. He suggests that the sleeping woman needs to change her manner of communicating with the opposite sex, not to try to show her refined manners and decency, but to be natural, friendly, open. Excessive self-confidence repels men, and openness and simplicity attract.
The psychologist recommends that a man pay attention to dreams in which he collects large stones. It speaks of callousness and indifference
He should be more gentle and caring towards his chosen one or wife. This will help keep the relationship warm.
A favorable dream for most people is to be among multi-colored stones.Soon the personal life of the sleeper will improve, he will meet an understanding and loving person who will become indispensable for him. In the near future, it is recommended not to avoid noisy companies so as not to miss the chance of meeting with the second half.
What to do if there is a kidney stone
Colic due to stones occurs suddenly, it can catch on the way or at work, so it is better to immediately call an ambulance. Prior to the arrival of doctors, first aid measures should be provided.
First aid
One of the main questions is related to what can be done at home if stones come out. First of all, a person is shown complete rest. You should seat him in a comfortable position, ventilate the room. You also need to take care of how to relieve pain if a kidney stone comes. To do this, give antispasmodics (No-Shpa, Baralgin, Papaverine, Revalgin).

A heating pad is placed on the lower back or a warm bath is taken. However, this can only be done if the person is completely sure that the pain is associated precisely with the movement of stones, and not with other causes (sciatica, appendicitis, etc.).
Preparations
Further treatment of the kidneys is prescribed by a doctor. The main method of therapy is taking medications in accordance with the instructions:
- potassium citrate;
- Purinol;
- Shed;
- cystone;
- Asparkam and others.
Diet and lifestyle
Almost always, the doctor prescribes complex treatment, which is associated not only with taking drugs. Other measures shown:
- providing complete rest for several days or weeks;
- observation by a urologist;
- exclusion of strong physical exertion;
- diet compliance.
Drink only soft filtered water.As part of the diet, the following rules are observed:
- exclude any fatty, spicy, smoked, fried foods;
- do not consume chocolate and coffee;
- remove beans from the menu.
Folk remedies
Since colic is accompanied by a painful attack, patients are interested in what to do to make the kidney stone go faster. As additional measures, along with the main course of therapy, folk remedies are also used, for example, decoctions:
- knotweed;
- chamomile;
- plantain;
- birch buds;
- root and parsley.
Brewed at the rate of 1 tbsp. raw materials in a glass of boiling water. They insist half an hour. Take them 2-3 large spoons for 30 minutes. before every meal.

Folk remedies are only an addition to the main course. Self-treatment is unacceptable, therefore, before using the remedy, a mandatory consultation with a urologist is necessary.
Also, the kidneys are treated:
- crushed burdock root (a tablespoon in a glass of boiling water);
- cold-pressed natural pomegranate juice;
- decoction of corn stigmas (3 large spoons per glass of boiling water);
- watermelon (during the summer season);
- freshly squeezed vegetable juices based on pumpkin, horseradish, radish, asparagus (both individually and in a mixture).
Surgery
The decision about kidney surgery is made by the doctor based on the following indications:
- constant unbearable pain that cannot be treated by conventional means (medicines, folk remedies);
- violation of the patency of the urinary tract;
- inflammatory processes in the kidneys with complications, pus;
- kidney carbuncle - partial tissue death.
The decision can also be made at the request of the patient, but in any case, the approval of the urologist is required.
Exercises
Along with taking medications and using folk remedies, you can also do simple physical exercises:
- Walking at an accelerated pace. Walking with a high knee or on a straight leg.
- Regular easy running or running with knees up. The pace is by feeling.
- Jumping in place and forward, a combination of jumping and running, alternating with walking as you feel.
- Any exercise with a rope.
- Mahi legs and arms in different directions.
- Body rotations.
- Stepping over a stool.

These exercises help to remove stones. However, their use must be agreed with the doctor.
Therapy Methods
Treatment of uroliths is a rather long process. He is being treated in 2 areas:
- Conservative. When the stone is small, up to 3 mm, medications are usually prescribed and expectant tactics are chosen.
- Operational. If conservative therapy does not bring the expected result or the inclusion has a size of more than 1 cm, then surgical intervention is indispensable.
Usually, conservative treatment begins with the appointment of drugs that help crush the stone, relieve inflammation, reduce muscle spasms, and are carried out:
- uroseptic drugs. These drugs help relieve spasms that interfere with better urine output (Urolesan, Kanefron);
- antibiotics that relieve inflammation (Ceftriaxone, Amoxicillin);
- analgesics - to relieve pain (ibuprofen).
Also apply:
- exercise therapy, which stimulates the best discharge of the stone;
- traditional medicine methods that improve urination and relieve inflammation;
- physiotherapy to help expel uroliths.
It also stimulates better and faster removal of uroliths by the endovesical method, based on the introduction of drugs such as:
- Novocaine;
- Glycerol;
- Papaverine.
To eliminate a stone with a diameter of about 1 cm or more, an operation is used, which is carried out by the following methods, based on the size of the urolith and the general condition of the patient.
- Endourological method - is aimed at removing the stone with a trap, which looks like a loop and a ureteroscope. It is carried out to remove small stones.
- Lithotripsy - carried out using a laser or ultrasound, it allows you to grind the size of the outgoing urolith.
- Ureterolithotripsy - is performed by percutaneous intervention, endoscopic method. The operation allows you to remove stones larger than 1 cm.
- Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy - used when extracting medium calculi.
- Open ureterolithotomy - used if the inclusions are large.
Many people are interested in how to recognize whether a calculus is coming out and how long this process takes. To do this, you should go "in a small way" into some container and see if there is sediment. If there is a calculus, then the urine acquires a cloudy sediment; upon visual inspection, you can see sand or small pebbles.
Such urine passes quickly and the next time it will have a normal shade. Also, after the urolith comes out, the patient does not experience pain. If the pain syndrome persists, this means that the urolith has not come out to the end.
Usually, stone particles continue to go for 3 weeks after the first symptoms appear. Urolithiasis is a rather serious condition that requires mandatory medical attention. Untimely assistance often leads to the development of serious complications. Therefore, when the first symptoms of pathology appear, you should visit a specialist as soon as possible.
First aid measures for the body
When stones are coming, one should try to take the most comfortable position for the body. Pain will decrease significantly if you lie down. During the course of treatment with drugs that crush kidney stones, it is necessary to minimize the load on the internal organs.
Numerous medical studies confirm that the stone will be easier to get out of a patient who follows a diet, does not overload the kidneys and the body as a whole these days with the use of salty, spicy, fried, fatty, smoked foods.
In any case, pain symptoms will be the first to indicate this process, so a completely natural question arises: how long will they last.
In addition to pain in the groin and lower back, the fact that the stone is moving will be indicated by symptoms such as:
- increase in body temperature;
- increase in blood pressure;
- pain in the genital area;
- vomit;
- nausea;
- dizziness;
- chills.
If the stone moves, the increase in blood pressure, as well as body temperature, does not last long. Such conditions, when a foreign body goes through the ureter, can either appear or disappear. At the same time, many patients complain of a violation or failure in the mode of urination - these symptoms are caused by a moving stone and an increase in the density of urine.
In this case, signs of acute renal failure may also appear, when the transportation of urine from the body stops. If a foreign body passes through the ureter, the person feels a burning sensation
Immediately you need to pay attention to the composition of urine: if the stone has sharp edges, it damages the walls of the ureter, so blood appears in the fluid
It must be remembered: if the exit of the stone causes unbearable pain and there are signs of acute renal failure, you should immediately call an ambulance, because, most likely, in this situation, immediate surgical intervention will be required.
Earth pushes rocks out - a proven fact
Yes, this is true, as far as I know. People who tillage in rocky areas sometimes observe this effect. It seems that all the stones were removed from the field or garden, and the next year there are again the same number, if not more. And even after a few years, the stones continue to appear.
It will not be possible to explain this only by annual plowing; in this case, after a few years, the stones would noticeably decrease. It turns out that the stones rise from the ground, because. they have nowhere else to go.
What about coins?
On treasure-hunting sites and forums, I repeatedly came across similar observations by diggers. Their essence was that in a completely cut-out tract, after a year or several years, valuable finds appeared again in sufficient quantities. Moreover, the place during this time was not plowed up, the metal detector and the coil did not change. And there are many similar observations.
A kidney stone came out what to do: tips
- If, as a result of some planned examination, a kidney stone was found in you, you may not need to touch it at all, and you will live happily and long with your “treasure”, especially if the stone does not bother you. But what if he got out? If the kidney stone is larger than 10 mm, then it has little chance of moving away on its own, then it must either be dissolved or crushed.If the stone is less than 10 mm, it can come out on its own.
- So, a kidney stone came out what to do - you should not panic. In this case, it is better to play it safe and, of course, consult a doctor, also be prepared for the fact that you may have more than one stone. Many in this case resort to folk remedies. There are thousands of folk recipes and medicines for dissolving kidney stones. Although official medicine classifies urolithiasis as a disease that requires surgical intervention. Often, such a strategy is justified, for example, with a large stone size, when an acute attack of renal colic occurs, when independent stone passage is impossible for various reasons, and then the patient needs to be provided with emergency surgical care to save his kidney.
- If the stone in this case completely blocks the outflow of urine through the ureter, an acute attack of colic occurs, and if the lumen of the ureter is partially blocked, but the outflow of urine is still difficult, then hydronephrosis develops. In this case, the kidney can very quickly lose its function.
- The smaller the stone in the kidney, the easier and easier it is for him to pass urine on his own. About nine out of ten kidney stones are less than 5 mm in size, and about five out of ten stones are 10 mm. Such stones are able to come out on their own. Only in 1 - 2 cases special medical intervention is required.
Kidney stones pass on average within 1 to 3 weeks through the urinary tract, and two-thirds of the stones pass 4 weeks after the onset of symptoms.
Important questions
People suffering from KSD always have questions that are related to the duration of the removal of stones and the consequences of this process.
How long does a stone take
The term can take from several days to 2-3 weeks. But delays are possible, which is associated with the size of the stones. So the answer depends on the state of the person.
What to do if a pebble came out while urinating
In this case, it is better to immediately contact a urologist in order to adequately assess the condition of the kidneys and the genitourinary system as a whole. Stones in most cases do not exceed a centimeter in diameter. You should not throw them away - it is better to save them for demonstration to the doctor.
How long does the pain last after the stone has passed?
Pain lasts for 1-1.5 hours and is usually relieved by antispasmodics. But as a result of complications against the background of inflammatory processes, pain and cramps can also appear after that for several days.
Why did the temperature rise after the release of the calculus
The phenomenon may be due to the fact that other stones remained in the ureter - larger or smaller. Also, an increase in temperature occurs due to ongoing inflammatory processes in the kidney and ureter.
In any case, you should not self-medicate - it is important to get a consultation from a urologist as soon as possible
How to understand that the stone came out
The main sign of stone movement is severe pain, that is, symptoms of renal colic. When the pebble has completely gone into the bladder, extraneous sensations stop, and the state of health noticeably improves. The exit of the calculus is independently determined by the fact of its appearance as a result of urination.
The movement of the stone is always associated with severe pain. First of all, emergency care is needed - antispasmodic drugs. In the future, as soon as possible, you need to consult a doctor to understand how to speed up the release of the calculus, and whether an operation is necessary.
How to choose a stone and where to get it?
Natural silicas, most often, are mixtures of quartz, opal, chalcedony.
The color of the stones varies from red-brown to gray-black. It is impossible to pick up minerals on river, sea shores for water infusion.
The porous structure of the upper layer absorbs environmental pollution. Flint mined from the depths of the depths has a cleansing power. A reliable way to get a real mineral is to buy pharmacy products. The cost of a package weighing 150g is an average of 250 rubles.
It is not worth buying minerals in the markets, from private traders. An accidental purchase may not purify the water, but, on the contrary, fill it with bacteria, harmful microorganisms. Dark stones may be radioactive.
Disputes about which stone is more useful, red-brown, gray, black, have been going on for a long time. In addition to silicon, the composition of the mineral contains additional elements of metals and other substances. The doctor can tell about their effect on the body after examining the patient.
You can get purified water using special cartridges filled with silicon for activator jars. But if real opal-chalcedony flint is purchased, then it is better to infuse healing water yourself.
What is the use of this method?
The healing effect of the element through the use of silicon water is manifested in the strengthening of the nervous, cardiovascular system, as well as:
- normalizes metabolism;
- improves the outflow of bile in liver diseases;
- lowers blood sugar levels;
- cleanses the body of parasites;
- enhances the elasticity of blood vessels;
- strengthens the immune system;
- stabilizes normal blood pressure.
Silicon water resembles spring water in taste, its freshness is preserved for a long time due to bactericidal properties.
Scientists note the main quality of the trace element - the activation of fluid to support the growth and development of the body, since the biological role of silicon is to act as a catalyst for many processes.
The daily human need is at least 15 mg of silicon for the functioning of systems, metabolic processes, the average is 40-50 mg.
The lack of a mineral in the body stops the absorption of more than 70 other elements, leads to the development of:
- polyarthritis,
- cataracts,
- atherosclerosis,
- Alzheimer's disease.
The formation of a trace element deficiency with a person's age becomes the cause
- diabetes,
- stroke,
- heart attack.
Cleansing the skin with silicon water leads to a visible improvement - smoothing wrinkles, eliminating acne, blackheads.
Rinsing the mouth helps to cure gingivitis, stomatitis. Consumption of silicon water inside serves to prevent many diseases, improve the condition, increase vitality, vigor.

Features of the mineral
In its pure form, the mineral is not found, but in complex chemical compounds it permeates the entire inorganic world of the planet.
Present in:
- rocky rocks,
- sand,
- clay,
- quartz.
The earth's crust is two-thirds composed of silicates containing silicon. The role of the mineral in the process of water purification is to suppress bacteria that cause decay, fermentation, neutralize chlorine.
Ancient philosophers wrote about the beneficial effects of silicon. In the old days, the walls and bottom of wells were lined with silica to obtain purified water.
The property of a microelement to precipitate heavy metals, remove radionuclides, pesticides, scientists established half a century ago.
Natural silica, or silicon dioxide, is a colorless crystal of high hardness and strength. The mineral gives the liquid its unique characteristics.
How do kidney stones come out. measures to reduce discomfort.
- When there is a calculus, a person experiences painful sensations. You need to take pain medication. Tablets may not reduce the intensity of pain, then it is better to give an injection. In addition, the injection will not only have an effective effect on pain and relieve symptoms, but also expand the diameter of the ureter and help relax its muscles. When there is a calculus, expanding the diameter of the ureter is the best solution.
- Lie in a bath with hot water, and stay there for about half an hour. A hot bath will help relieve the pain when the calculus comes. However, it is worth remembering that in the presence of diseases such as pyelonephritis, you can not take a hot bath. If you take a bath with inflammatory diseases, then hot water can only accelerate the intensity of inflammation.
- After taking a bath, you need to start moving actively so that the stone does not stagnate. But, you should be prepared for the fact that during physical exertion, most likely, pain symptoms will occur, since it will not be possible to expel the calculus painlessly.
- You need to drink plenty of fluids. When there is a stone, it is better to drink diuretic herbs.
- Before each urge to urinate, especially when a calculus has gone, you need to prepare some kind of vessel to substitute it for the stone. This is necessary to pass the calculus to the laboratory to recognize its composition.
As mentioned above, people may not know for a long time that they have kidney or bladder stones.Often, stones do not show signs until they are displaced. Many people are in a state of confusion when their stones come out and do not know what to do in such a case.
The answer is simple: you need to see a doctor and do an ultrasound to make sure that the calculus has come out completely and no part of it remains in the organ. You should not rely on the case when you managed to expel one calculus yourself. Treatment is necessary in any case, even if the pain is completely gone, since there may be several stones in the kidneys and in the bladder cavity.
Cold, poisoning or urolithiasis?
Foreign formations in the kidneys disrupt the functioning of the internal organ, but it is difficult to accurately predict how the “guests” will leave, even when pronounced symptoms of renal colic are observed. Pain in the kidneys, bladder, lower back, groin can be felt for months due to a single stone that does not leave the body. All this time, a person will consider that a foreign body is coming, and it, remaining in the internal organ, continues to cause pain.
In some cases, the condition when there is a foreign formation in the ureter resembles a cold in its signs, which is quite natural, because the presence of kidney stones is often accompanied by inflammatory processes.
Similar symptoms to a cold
It is believed that the easiest way to drive out small stones. This is true: the smaller the foreign formations in the kidneys, the easier they come out. If the stones are small and round or oval in shape, they leave the body without causing such damage to internal organs as foreign formations with sharp edges.When the stones do not interfere with the outflow of urine, there is no need to rush to use medications in order to quickly expel foreign formations.
In such cases, it is better to take a wait-and-see attitude. As for the heating pad, it is possible and necessary to use warming procedures with it, because it will alleviate the pain symptom if you apply it to the side where the affected kidney is located.
What else can be done to get the “guest” out as soon as possible? It is necessary to drink more fluids, an average of 2 liters per day. Watermelons or melons are the best means of preventing urolithiasis, necessary to get rid of kidney stones at the stage when they are still small in size or are sand.
In order for the “surprise” to come out with minimal damage to the ureter, you should definitely take warm baths, because they perfectly relieve pain symptoms.
Why and under what conditions can stones break down?
The destruction of stones is a long process that continues for millions of years. It occurs under the influence of the environment, and the more aggressive it is, the faster the transformation of the rock occurs. The process of destruction of rocks and minerals in nature is called weathering. What causes the seemingly eternal rocks to collapse? The main cause of weathering is a combination of physical, chemical and biological phenomena.

Impact of atmospheric phenomena
What causes changes in the earth's crust and rocks? Atmospheric phenomena such as winds, fluctuations in humidity, precipitation, and temperature changes affect the rock. Those rocks that are located in regions with large temperature differences, such as deserts, are most affected by weathering. Heating up in the daytime, the stones expand.At night, when the temperature drops by 20, and in some regions even by 30 degrees, there is a cooling and a sharp compression of the body. All this leads to the formation of cracks.
Water enters the cracks in the stones. Unlike other substances, it does not decrease during freezing, but, on the contrary, expands by a tenth of its original volume. Thus, frozen ice particles burst the stone from the inside, and sooner or later it breaks.

If a block of stone is constantly exposed to water (for example, when the rock is located near the sea or river), then it is gradually turned. Gravity, wind, showers, mudflows, earthquakes also play a significant role in the destruction of the rock.
Chemical weathering is the destruction of rocks that occurs as a result of chemical processes. The main factors of chemical weathering in nature are:
- water is a solvent, leads to hydrolysis or hydration;
- carbon dioxide - forms carbonates;
- oxygen - oxidizes minerals.

Influence of biological organisms
Another factor in weathering in nature is the impact on rocks of biological organisms. Seeds of plants that germinate inside the stone often get into the cracks of the stones. Usually, grasses, shrubs and trees growing in the mountains have a small root system, but as the plant grows, so do its roots. Over time, the cracks become deeper and wider, which leads to the destruction of the stone.
Microorganisms play a significant role in biogenic weathering. In the process of life, they produce metabolites - chemical compounds that affect the structure of stones and minerals. Gradually there is a transformation of one breed into another or its destruction.

What are stones made of and what are they?
A stone can be either a mineral or a rock. A rock is an aggregate of homogeneous or different minerals that make up the earth's crust.

According to their origin, they are divided into the following types:
- Magmatic - a solidified melt (magma or lava), formed as a result of magmatic activity. They dominate in the composition of the earth's crust. Depending on the silica content, acidic rocks are distinguished, which contain more than 65% of this compound, and basic ones, containing less than 50% SiO2. The most common igneous rock on Earth is basalt, which forms the oceanic crust. Granite is an acidic igneous rock.
- Metamorphic rocks are formed as a result of the change of sedimentary and igneous rocks under the influence of high temperature and pressure. These include shales, amphibolites, quartzites, gneisses. Marble is an igneous rock composed of calcite CaCO3.
- Sedimentary rocks are formed on the surface of the earth's crust as a result of the destruction of other rocks. Limestone is a sedimentary stone, which, like marble, is formed from calcite CaCO3.
A mineral is a homogeneous chemical compound that is a product of geological processes. Minerals include some semi-precious and precious stones.
