Better not. It must be borne in mind that microwave radiation is just radio waves of a certain frequency, which in themselves do not have any disinfecting effect. Thus, the sterilization of anything in a microwave oven is based on the same “old-fashioned way” - strong heat. At the same time, for the destruction of bacteria, heating to 70 ° C or more is required for at least 10-15 minutes; to destroy spores of bacteria and fungi, a temperature of 90 ... 100 ° C is required. In an ideal world, these containers should be designed to be easily and safely used to heat food in the microwave. But, as you may have guessed, this is not the case.
